French Landscapes - 1997

 This watercolour and oil collection depicts the scenery in France featuring locations such as Benonces, Montagnieu, Rhone River & Serrieres. Influenced by Albrecht Dürer (1471–1528)’s correspondence “The life is in every piece of grass”, Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775-1851) who expressed that “Life is light and light is God” & Sargent’s painting of Carolus Duran who taught him to “Express the maximum with the minimum means”.
